View Full Version : 15x7 and 15x8 BS?

235/60 up front and a 275/50 out back...don't want to roll fender wells or anything like that....getting ready to buy some Centerline Telstars (old school look for now and track use later, 17s coming soon).

I figure a 15X8 with 4.5 BS out back...what about the front with a 15x7?
The car is dropped on an Eibach pro-kit if that matters.

Up front, I'd say 3.5" to 4" of BS would work best. In the back, I'd say the same thing...3.5" to 4" of BS would work better to fit 275s under there. Not sure how the Eibach drop would affect this.

My Telstars are 15x8 W/4"bs and 275 50 15 Nitto DR's out back and Eiback pro kit springs! 15x6 w 3.5 BS in front and 205 65 15's. If you do 7"s in front you will want 4" bs as well. Pics are on my T-type in sig!

so 4" front and back then...cool. Why do guys with 17x8s all around run 4.5 front and rear?

17x8's all around I would still do 4" BS

Don't know. :nixweiss: I mean they'll still fit, but I for one would want less backspacing. The 16x8s on my car have 3.5" backspacing in the rear and 3.75" backspacing in the front...and they could still move outward a little bit more to fill the wheelwell a bit better.

well I'm, going 17" wheel shopping. I'm going to keep my ARE GNX lookalikes for my DRs and get some street rubber.
so 17x8s all around with 4" BS or 17x8s out front with 4" BS and 17x9s out back with 4.5"BS. Thanks for the help!
