Maxeffort 16 position or the T+ and Extender will give you the most tunability out of any other chips. Although for the safety of you motor it might be wise to consider a FAST type system.

thanks. this is a street car and plan to stay with the mod ecm. too many changes in weather and temp. just would like to see a low 10 sec pass to make it worth it. don't plan to race it very often. my think of a dfi or fast in a few years. didnt start out to go this fast but got into some good deals and a nice motor fell in my lap. driving this thing to work once a week. thanks.

Few local guys are running mid to low 10's, with Reds Chips. :applaus:
I think the key to doing it, is a low timing chip with a rich fuel map for lots of boost. Since you can adjust boost and fuel pressure relatively easily, you can fine tune the car, assuming everything is working right. Although the ME and MER systems are nice, I almost see no point in getting one, since I would feel like I should save the money and go to a FAST, if I wanna get that involved in tuning.

I think thats how my next race chip will be low timeing in order to run lots of boost seems like many ten second guys are going with low timeing.
