I got my two bottom wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday at 4. They had to cut one out and the other they just pulled out. I'm such a baby about mouth pain that I told the girl and she put me to sleep. They normally dont do that unless you have $305. I'm on medicade now so I figured I'll get it done for free and befor I start work.

I'm surprised, the only pain I felt is when she put the IV in. I'm taking Vicodin ES and nothing hurts. I'm glad I got this done!!!

Whats was really cool is that the dentist called me at home last night to make sure I was ok and if I had any questions. I was surprised! I'll be back to him becasue of that.

Damn you seem pretty coherent to be on that good of pain medicine :elefant:

One tip for you, don't go out in the wind alot. It will cause you to get what they call "dry socket" and I got when I my tooth next to my wisdom pulled and it was a b*tch. Had to get a shot of saline in it  I got mine because I would not quit smoking :gr_gruffy

LoL, I'm talking, moving, thinking, typing really slow. Just taking it easy.

I'm thinking the way you get the dry socket is because your not keeping it moist. I've been smoking so I'm trying to keep them totally wet all the time. Am I thinking correct about this?

As long as you're blowing right, it shouldn't be a problem.

They told me no smoking for 48hrs. I smoked one before I left the parking lot :add_wegbr :add_wegbr :add_wegbr

It is a combonation of sucking in the smoke, which dries it out, and the nicotine in the smoke. Just try to keep the guaze changed alot and keep the house warm and you should be okay :arco:

Shit, it's chilly today. Been raining for two days. There is flodding in a few places. The news said that Boulder highway was flooding. I called Len to see if he needs help getting stuff to higher ground. He's not getting flooded and dosnt think he will.

I'm about to go and do my saltwater rinse.

I'm actually afraid to take painkillers but I'm more afraid of the pain I'd feel in my mouth. What kind do you have? How good are Vicadin ES's? These work good! I dont feel nothing :)

The Davoset takes away the pain for me, oh yeah did I mention I sleep with that also??? lol (J/K) I am so glad I am finished with it, I have my "final race" on Sunday and I am going to race with a cast which should be interesting!

Me and Carrie talk about this all the time...if she were to street race a ricer, we think he would cry getting beat by a girl....How do you think his buds would act? lol

It was funny, the last time I did that, I ran with the 85 against a Monte Carlo and I heard him in the staging lanes, "a girl, yeah right"..I just looked at him and smiled and he was standing around his friends and they just giggled, and I told Bryan when he came to ask me a question in the staging lanes, what they said, and Bryan said, "you know what to do", and next thing ya know, I did a nice smokey burnout, and wasted him he ran a 18.1 and I think I did 13.8 and when I finished I drove pass the so called "friends" and they bowed to me which was funny as hell.. Now dont ask for pictures, because the camera was dead!

Since I'm lucky enough to live so close to LVGN, I'm going to have him teach Carrie and I how to drag race.

Dragonational, Oh yeah buddy, One Vicodin and two beers drank quickly puts my ass out!
