Dynamat type materials

Upgrading the system in my Maxima, nothing outrageous, just mostly stuff I took out of the Limited to upgrade that..speakrs, 6 ch amp, 10" jl subs, alpine head unit..

I already put the doors together, but was suprised that there was only a clear watersheild there and no insulation. I was looking to buy some Dynamat and figured I'd check ebay. There's a bunch of off-brands too.. Are some just as good or better?

Some of the off brands work GREAT - as effective as Dynomat and cheaper. Brown bread, RammMatt are both good and inexpensive (well, less than Dynomat). I personally prefer the stinger pro stuff. Sticks and NEVER comes off.

Don't forget to do the outer panels of the car (door skins, quarters etc...). That's where alot of the weird resonance is generated that needs to be killed.

Installed professionally for 15 years, competed successfully as well - the whole works then got tired of all the punks I had to deal with, got out of the buisness before I killed someone.

They are a Darkish/med. gray color. If nothing else, they'll make good winter mats if they don't match.
