As usual ... in two[2] weeks!
HOWEVER ...
I have received the (My own personal version.) I called GMP and asked when the rest were coming.
The usual answer - 1~2 weeks to them and then shipped immediately to the customer.
The model is BEAUTIFUL and WELL worth the wait.
Course - I am prejudice.
Thanks for the interest and have a nice day.

Lawrence,
My friend was at Tim Fredrick's yesterday,(about 15 mins from the shop) said the print was awesome and he drew it only from 2 small photos. I am sure you have seen some of his work, 2nd to none!
Congratulations, I know you must be proud.

LC,
Since you're on here and this thread has your name on it: are you running TII in any of the Clash races this year (Noble, Baytown, San Antonio, Belle Rose)? Race director Pro Tree Freddy posted that possibility on the event web page.

I personally hope so... I seen T2 on the main page of the site a few weeks back and Freddy has mentioned it before - nothing like racing in your back yard :)
I am trying to get the new car up and ready to run some COTT races as well as KOTH here are a few pics of the progress...
take care,
Winsett

Scott,
I like the intercooler and the Liberty. :anbet:
Give me liberty or give me death!
Wait a second I can only afford a turbo 400

We have been talking to Freddie for years!
He now has a class for us to play in.
There are some HEAVY hitters in COTT and the competition should be fierce.
The events should be AWESOME!
Thanks for the inquiry.
Have a nice day.

Yea I really didn't fit any rule set for the COTT last year with the regal like it was either, so I raced most of the local heads up stuff... but now its a whole new show... or at least I hope so...
thats the same cooler as Eakins had... (lucky me :) the tranny is not... so there is a few mod's coming to it... like getting it with in reach of my arm for one... seriously...
lol!

If things go right, I'll try to make it to the Noble Clash in April with my lunker. I hope you guys (CPP, Meanies) are able to make it.
Scott, I've heard that some outlaw Mustangs use an integrated air-liquid IC/ice box with no pump or hoses. I'll have to take closer looks next time. Do you (or others reading) know about this design? E-mail if appropriate.

Art,
Look at some of the cars that duttweiler has built.
He makes the design you are talking about.

Thanks John/Scott. Nice pics. If not condensation/front drip-related, I wonder what the tech issue is. I'd like to see a passenger compartment configuration of that general design.

John,
I'll drop you a line. Nothing significant to show, waiting for shop time, although almost everything is decided and on hand.

I think the issue would be NHRA considers the water in the I/C to be balast. I have see some reference made to this in the rule book someplace.
Yes I use to have a cold can around my I/C and would pack it with either water and ice or alk and dry ice. Worked good. As a matter of fact I got it from Lawrence many years ago off "Black" and you know what? At this time it's back on his son Chris's car "Black"

OK, I see. Page 203, Sectiob 4.2 Ballast, General Regulations (2004 Rulebook).
This section describes loose ballast being banned, and rules for fixed ballast. It also states that "any liquid other than engine fuel being used, located behind the front firewall (on a front-engine car), is considered ballast and is prohibited, except for intercooler tanks that contain water and/or ice only. Tank must be SFI Spec 28.1 fuel cell of maximum 3 gallons capacity."
The integrated IC up front may have been a problem regarding proper container. For in-cab integrated IC, the quotation above certainly applies. Oh yeah, no mention of Igloo coolers being SFI fuel cells for use with water/air ICs :)
