EPROM Carrier Part #

Does anybody know the GM part number for the EPROM carriers? Broke mine today and need to track one down.

You can't get just the carrier, but you can get a whole chip/carrier and swap your chip into it. If you want an original type carrier, the best place is a junk yard. Almost any 80's GM car has the same type carrier. Also Caspers Electronics makes some repro carriers.
