For stock to mean stock.

Do what ever you have to get the car fast. Put what ever tires you can fit on stock rims. But it should look BONE-STOCK with nothing added or removed from the car. I don't care what you have, I just better not see it. :tantrum2:

I would have no problem with that. I would still do away with the air cleaner though.

Nope,

Get a 4K mile base car to put in the tech area with the hood and trunk open.

To tech, you pull up to that car, pop the hood and trunk and compaire. You could even let the winners of the "stock" show class do the teching.

No rules other then some consumables like plug wires (stock color), Tires (stock color) and 2.5" replacement cat back.

Nothing else can be visually modified on the car. When they tech a car, they can't touch the car in anyway. They can look under it but can't be "under" the car in any way.
