.......or am I boned? I don't think I have ever heard of anyone repairing a leak on a slick. (no tubes)

Why not put a tube in it? I had a plug in a BFG drag radial and it worked OK for me, surviving many burnouts. Local tire shop should be able to give you the info.
My local tire shop wouldnt do it. Try tire slime (green junk), if that dont work, Id either replace the tires or get tubes.

I agree......just put Tubes in.
Also alot safer in my opinion.
I have always run tubes on my car, not old fashion to do so, just smart!

I got a piece of glass in one of my Nitto DR's and found a tire shop that did a hot patch and it's been fine. That was a year ago

Thanks guys. The leak is one of a pair on a set of telstars which I will be selling. I was wondering if a plug or patch will be a viable option for the purchaser. Looks like I will suggest tubes for the next owner of these wheels.
