If your looking for a street chip the Jay Carter Variable Timing chip is one of the best.
The Variable Timing chip REQUIRES a 3-Bar map sensor. You can get these from a number of places. I purchased mine from partzonline.com for around $60 shipped.
The installation is as straight forward as any chip except for the 3-bar Map sensor hook-up. You can either get the Turbo-Link boost sensing harness or wire it up yourself.
I have a digital Dash car so the MAP plug on the pasanger side of the engine compartment was unused. I traced the wires into the car (behind the glove compartment) and they dead end into the connector that connects to the dash. I jumpered these wires to the corresponding ECM wires. MAT Signal (MAP signal) TPS 5v (5v to MAP) and GND (Ground to MAP). I also pulled the MAT sensor off the car.
This chip is AMAZING! The car feels totally different than with other street chips I have run. Instant power. It only takes a little bit of throttle and your up and moving fast. Well worth the cost of the chip and the MAP sensor.
