Head Gasket install Question

Just wondering is it OK to pull a head back off after it has been TQ down?
The motor is still on the stand never been fired,They are Cometic head gaskets.

You will have to clean off the head bolts and re seal them of course. Be sure to clean them good so you get accurate torque values

You're not supposed to reuse the stock head bolts because they at TTY if you are still using stockers, however.

They are ARP studs.
