I'm going to install my Mease dp finally, I have a few questions. How many ft lbs should I torque the DP to turbine housing to? Also, how am I susposed to torque allen head bolts? Should I use the bolts that came with the dp or buy some others? Any other tips are welcome also, thanks.

Dunno about yours but, I don't think anything but an allen head or something of that sort will fit? Just get a GOOD allen head socket.
I think it would be good to use some copper/hi-temp anti seize compound on the threads and copper gasket sealer on the mating surfaces.
As far as torque specs.......I just crank my stuff of this sort to feel.
Anyone who knows more than me please feel free to chime in :zahn:

here is a hint and it has worked great, go to the parts store and get exhaust manifold studs they are the same pitch and what not, use them with a lock washer and a nut and you can have yoru DP On and off in minutes, and you dont have to worry about stripping the compressor side of the turbo

Ok..........you completely lost me :albert: U used these on a MPE downpipe? To attach the integral elbow/flange to the exhaust side of the turbo?

It is a MPE integral wastegate downpipe. So its a better idea to use studs? What about using copper gasket maker?

studs make it soo much easier of an istall, just use a bit of copper seal if you like i have always put mine on dry.
