Lock up question

If my Turbo Tweak chip is programmed to lock the converter at say 73 MPH in 3rd gear, can I still use a manual switch to lock it in second by grounding the pin on the ALDL port?

Absolutely! Your switch will just be doing the same thing the ecm program does. When you hit 73 in 3rd, the ecm applies a ground level to the same point you have grounded through the aldl/switch. No problem.

Just don't use your switch all the time or you'll wipe your torque converter.
