Holy crap, this thing is awesome. :rockwoot: It replaced my 20º PTE street chip and 26º race chip that I got when I bought my 42.5# injectors.
Idle is smoother, it doesn't miss at idle on cold startup, no tip-in stumble, and most importantly, NO KNOCK AT ALL! With the old 20º chip, I was getting >5º KR at WOT, but now I get nothing at all. O2's are up, in the low-mid 800 range, and power is WAY up! I was hammering on it a little this afternoon, and whether it was from a dead stop, from a roll, or on the highway, this thing would just rip. Nailing the throttle at anything less than 25mph yields shrieking tirespin (Radial T/A's are back on the car for now) and the ass end kicking out. Wow, is that a lotta fun! It feels like a completely different car.
This is all with a stock turbo/IC at 22psi and SMC single nozzle alky, and a completely internally stock engine. Can't wait to get to the track!
I still can't figure out why my manual TCC lockup switch doesn't work, but that's something to figure out later. It didn't work with the old chips either. The ECM locks it up exactly at the points where I asked Eric to set it at, and I'm happy with that.
