Just wanted to let you guys know, took a chance and ordered a stall converter from this company i found on ebay
called http://www.westcoastconverters.com
they built me a 10inch 3500 stall with lock-up for
$400.00. This sucker works great. Very pleased and happy, it does excatly what i wanted it to do. The two guys that runs this place are top notch and excellent people to do business with. Fast turn around and quick shipping .

I sincerely hope I'm wrong, but you usually get what you pay for. I had a converter that looked like that and I split it in half (Actually, think the stator broke and cut thru the case, but it had a crack about 8" long in the side). I went to a Vigilante and havent had one problem... had 2 of them now, a 3K stall and now a 3500.

love it, there are 4 of us that have them now here in Corpus Christi, couldnt be happier. One guy said it was an upgrade from his Art Car non lookup.
Its really tight for everyday driving , cant even tell its a 10inch
untill you rip on it.

THat would be what I would be interested in! I've got something just over 100 WOT lockup runs on my Viggy now, and it still jars my teeth on a lockup.
I'm just not convinced that the single disc units can hold up to more than one strong season of racing.
