Intake Port Volume

Anybody know an approximate CC volume for the intake runner of a Stage II cylinder head?

I realize there are many different port sizes.I'm just looking for a ballpark if anybody has checked theirs :)

The BPS guide says 205-210cc for a mild port and 220-230cc for a radical port volume.
