My daily driver (87 Limited T) decided to retire the tranny after 95k. Seems like the pump went. Since I am on very limited funds right now i would like to put the tranny from my 84 T-Type that was rebuilt shortly before I had to park it when the cam went in the moter. My question is are all the connections the same and is the TV cable also the same. Upon quick inspection they seem to be. Also what is the difference in the tranny itself besides the valve body? are there other internals that are different? would it be benificial to switch the valve body. This will be a tempory fix (well it could be a while till work picks up) Thanks
