I agree that it could happen to any car but just can't picture too many TR owners taking their car to the Buick dealer or anywhere and leaving it for an oil change. As for the way it was handled in that post, I thought that Stuka did a very good job of only posting fact and not just opinion. The dealer on the other hand was a little hasty in their reply to the offer especially since they were obviously at fault. Oh well, it was just an overpriced penis extension anyways :bud: :marchmell

On several boards 'Bout a year and a half ago or more, some bright guy (the "Cobra Tech" at dealer (in TX?)) runs a lady's Cobra through the paces, i.e. illegal and abusive. Then puts it on one of the most popular mustang boards, insulting the owner for merely being female and able to afford such a car.
Long story short, people on the board recognized who's car it must be, forwarded thread to owner = legal action and a terminated "Cobra Tech"
When will people learn that messing with some elses car is just wrong. That and in the age of the Internet, people who get crapped on will inform other owners (of the same car generally), so shitty dealerships will get bad press (hopefully).
