I can't understand why he's letting the whole world know what a jackass he is. He could have kept it between him and family , plus a friend or two. I guess idiots get off on that kind of shit.

I didn' t pay enough attention to when this all transpired, but if he hasn't had his court date, at this rate, the law will know of his story, and not be kind.
Felony, but I'm sure he'll have a good lawyer.

cliffs.. he was goin 105 cruise control.. passed a tx cop and ran from it @ 160..
hits oklahoma and thinks all is well.. got off the interstate for a lil bit then got back on and there is a highway road block, ppl with m16's pointing at the car.
passenger and driver are cuffed, pass is let go, driver is hit with a $10k felony evading arrest charge..
i mean.. yeah, runnin from a cop isnt very hard but its real dumb do to it if you're driving something out of the ordinary, like a god damn red porsche!

:applaus:
that was awsome.
honestly, i cant blame the guy. 105 is high speed. big ticket.
now yes, runing is dumb. but with 500 plus hp in a high speed car like that,
i would be tempted to run also. :anbet:

Total retard. A good rule of thumb is to try and be extra careful when traveling abroad....I've gotten tickets in far away lands before, and man is that a pain in the ass to get taken care of...I can't even imagine felony charges in another state. I mean, is this guy completely ****ing brainless? Too much TV?

BTW it is :anbet: Texas!!! Anyway, I don't care how many horses he's got, you can't outrun the radio! :yessir: Besides, when you get an idiot like that it becomes almost personal. I've been in a couple of high-speed chases and they are NO fun.("chaser" not "chasee" :deal:) You don't know why the turd is running or just how bad his driving skills are (high-performance car/ low-performance driver). It is a major pucker-factor event. Even worse when your riding shotgun! Most patrol cars still have bench seats and all sorts of pointy things sticking out at you, plus it is Loud when you are running hot (lights and sirend AND radio). Try keeping up with the idiot, :racer: watching for cross traffic, :mat: talking on the radio, operating the control panel, wondering if you are going to get killed, or worse, sued for doing your job, and trying to not spill your soda! :pepsi: Okay, it is kinda' fun after the fact!

I can see setting the cruise at maybe 75-77 mph, but cruising at 105! What were they thinking, especially in a sporty red number!
Buddy Gainey is a pretty good driver according to the stuff I've read about him on the net, but he should know better to not pull that crap on a public highway. The fine won't hurt his pocketbook but he now has a criminal record.
