Cast your votes right here. If you were a betting man, which way would ya go. 1 vote per game please

TN -1.5 v BAL Over/Under 40.5
DAL +3 v CAR Over/Under 34.5

SEA +7 v GB Over/Under 44.5
DEN +3 v IND Over/Under 49

It' s a tough choice in game 1...
Gonna go have to roll some quarters..lots of them,
but I like Bal, Dal, GB, Den

Indy scares me though just cuz Peyton is DUE for a Playoff win and it's in Indy.

Wierd, anyways I didn't edit my picks. Looks like I'm 3-1 so far against the spread and my over/under is 4-0! Funny since I lost it all in Vegas now I'm a genius when I don't put money on it. Figures!

BTW, GO COLTS KICK MORE DENVER BUTT!

:)

Talk about an ass kicking...sheesh! I think Denver forgot to start the starters again today. Have the colts even punted once today??

Joe I told you to watch out for those Colts. Look out Chiefs!!!!!! Denver had a good defense and got torched, KC's is terrible.

I still say the Titans beat the Pats.

Yea, the Colts scared me because I know how explosive they can be. I don't know why Denver abandoned what worked well for them 2 wks ago...blitzing and changing up the D on the line. The hurry up really messed them up. Reminded me of Buffalo bck in the day w/the No huttle with Jim Kelly. Really wreaked havoc on a lot of Defenses. I think KC will get burned big time for sure if Peyton starts out on fire like today.

The Pats will have their hands full with TN I think. Although I am sure Belicheck has been preparing for this matchup. I would have liked to have gone against Denver personally.

HairDrier

Well Baltimore gave up like 130 yards on the ground to TN. If the Pats can cut that in half they win. That and they have to sack McNair 3-4 times

Colts played like there were suppose to play although I've seen em fall apart the very next week. KC better be ready that's for sure!

KC will be ready (like I know, I picked Denver). They have slumped a bit going into the playoffs. Their defense sucks for sure, but they have a good team. Pats beat Tenn unless McNair and George can get healthy, which is unlikely.

Depends which Colts team shows up that's for sure. I don't see any team that can beat the Team that played Sunday. That had to be the best performance by them I have ever seen. THey were all clicking...

HairDrier

Holmes is getting the TDs, but he hasnt run for 100 yards in forever, and they havent scored for shit the last five games except against Detroit, which isnt even an NFL team. So they have no defense, have not run the ball to control the clock, and their receivers blow except for Gonzalez.

They played terrible down the stretch and I dont see how they can just turn it around, and Indy has played great on the road this year, winning in TN, TB, and Miami. It will be a lot colder in KC probably, but the Chiefs will be getting a heavy dose of Edge and play action. They are doomed

That game was suprising. The Colts gave been a second half team most of the year. Then a few times I think it would have taken five quarters for them to show up. That game, they showed up when the clock started.

I really think the extra week off hurts teams more than it helps. The Colts have the momentum I just hope they come to play Sunday.

The Pats  will make short work of Indy if they don't bring any Defense like today. They can score like mad, but neither KC or Inday had a D to save their life! First game w/NO punts on either side of the ball...

I wonder how much Farve made on that throw!! Damn!

Indy and Panthers in the Super Bowl! Dungy needs to roid up the Indy D...

Damn! What a game! I'm worried about the Pats. We have ALWAYS had trouble with them, even when they suck.

Yep, defense would be nice. Sure does make for a much more exciting game though without it

I wouldn't bet on that one... I think Bellicheck has Dungy figured out and knows how to get into Peytons' head. He'll throw so many different defensive schemes at him that he'll be audibling every down. At any rate, it should be a very good game and they are predicting COLD weather again. Not good for a dome team :) The media hype around it should be pretty good with the way the last game between the 2 went down.

Overall, just looking at the 2 teams history playing each other and the teams history in Conf. championships ( 3-0 for the Pats) It's weighted in their favor..but that doesn't mean much. I can't wait for Sunday now!

Joe what are you talking about. The Colts had the Pats beat in Indy, except for some HORRIBLE play calling at the goal line and Ted Washington. I told you before the playoffs and I am sticking to it, the Colts beat the Pats. I say they win 28-24

You've figured out the best way to listen to midolo. It's like Mushmouth on Fat Albert: What'd he say?

I am concerned about the game. It's going to be tough. However, the last matchup was 38-34. What was that comment about neither team having any "D"? Joe, get your "H" out of your "A". Haha

Forecast for Foxboro, MA: Sunday 1/18 Quite cold with clouds and sun
High 24° F

Even the dome dwellers can handle that. Just wear some sleeves for heaven's sake. Too many TN tough guys weren't, idiots.

Well, you know what they say about the score not reflecting the game...that game was definately a prime example. The Pats beat Indy every which way and came up with a quick score to get back in it. Prime example.

This is New England, that don't mean squat. Last night on the weather they said that it would be 6 degrees for Sunday, tomorrow they will say 45....they are clueless!

Even the dome dwellers can handle that.

We'll see, I think it will be a great game. Definately a lot of vengance on both sides of the ball. I think it will be either a low scoring game or a high one..not a 24-20 kinda game. Anyways, to make it a little more interesting, John, I got 100 bux that says the Pats will come away with a W...you game? :moa:

Have you been to Bowling Green? First year I started going to the Nats was when it was in Columbus. Every year after that I've been going. I'm the one with the Bud Light :beerglass In 2003 I worked with Lance Young and John Larkin and others at the TB.com Tent. That was a good year, between selling shirts and the raffle, we raised over $3,000 for the board.

I also went to Las Vegas one year for the Buick event and once to Bristol.

Going way back, some of my other names have been norm and trnnbrn on other BB's.

If ya wanna chicken out, that's okay, I feel guilty when I win other people's money anyway :zahn: The Colt's are unstoppable!!! (only problem is that is the motto of the defense too!)

I was watching the NFL channel last night..good channel, I think the wife hates it :) They had Jeff Fisher on...asked him about the game. He said something I didn't realize. They had 5 losses this yr. 2 of them were to the Colts, and 2 others were to the Pats.

I think it will be a great game. Only a few more days!

Carolina and Pats........who to root for? I would think the Panthers are the underdog. I never was a Patriots fan but I think they'll come out with the win. Since they put the Colts out though, I'd love to see them go DOWN!!!
