From 11/29 to 12/3 and then again from 1/3 to 1/7 I'll be staying at the Homewood Suites Hilton at 2001 E. Highland Ave. in Phoenix. Is there anything around there worth seeing? (God, I'd love to bump into Phoenix native Max Cavalera while I was there!)

But, I really would enjoy meeting a few of the guys from down that way if we could meet at a bar in that area one evening.....your beer, my tab! (Heck, it's a freakin' Hilton, it had better have a good lounge.)

Hey, stop acting like you work.

Anyway, I didn't know Max Cavalera was from Pheonix. I'll be damned. But hey, I MIGHT be off road at Glamis or Gorden's Well around New Years day, so we might be able to get tore up in AZ or something. See if you can get out there before New Years and camp out a couple days. All we do is get tore and ride the bikes on dunes. Not like we drink and ride or anything...

Max is, of course, originally from Brazil but has lived in Phoenix for years now. That'd be rad to spill a few with ya again, it's been a few months!

Well, my first of two stints in Phoenix begin Monday. I'll be there tomorrow afternoon (Sunday, the 28th) and would love to buy a few beers for anybody who's in the area and don't got much better to do. This is likely the last time I'll be online for the next week, so I guess I've got little option but to post my cell #. Anybody above, give me a ring if you're up for a beer (or whatever).

Even a prank call would've been nice.....I had to get drunk with corporate folks all week. Just got home an hour ago. I found the coolest store there, 'Metal Devastation' (on Camelback),but they're not a chain so that sucks......oh well, sorry if there is a resulting beer drought in the next few days.

Yeah, the weather could have been better...I was ticked that I was in Phoenix yet had to scrape my windows every morning at around 7:30 when I was going to the office.

South mountian is the one with all those radio towers that light up at night. You can drive up it during the day.

Oh, if anything go go-karting by the airport. Those were the fastest I've ever been on. In-door and they run close to 45 mph.

No I have not visited the Penthouse club. I have seen the recent billboards around and heard the radio advertisements. I will have to check it out. It is in a lovely part of town also.
