the turbo on my car rotated fine untill i took it appart, then it seemed to lock up,i think i have debris wedged in there, because i can spin the aluminum housing and the fin together, but i cant spin just the fin seperately, how do i remove the aluminum intake side piece that has the 4 bolts in it? help would be appreciated
