My car is mostly stock I have a K&N filter and 2.5 inch exhaust.
What would be a good up grade to do next with out spending a lot of money.

Scanmaster, some good gauges, fuel pump and hotwire kit. Then a downpipe.

Do this first
http://www.gnttype.org/maint/basics.html
After that you must prepare your car for performance. ABSOLUTE MUSTS ARE:
Good fuel pump and hotwire
Scantool (I rec scanmaster because you can leave it on all the time, and substitutes for the many missing gauges on our dashes)
Boost gauge
Adj wastegate
Adj fuel pressure regulator
Decent rear tires (at least 255's)
Good chip (Thrashers are good for stockers and are $25)
Transmission cooler (these are pretty cheap)
Driveshaft loop
Once you get these you should be able to run low 13's high 12's on race gas, which is faster than 98% of cars on the road today
Then you need:
Gut the cat or at least get a high flow one and a dump
Port the turbo elbow (free)
Get some injectors and a real chip to match (50# are a good deal and will likely fuel any mod you want to do)
Alcohol injection (run fast without $5/gal racegas)
Turbo upgrade if you wish to run 11's
Air bags
Slicks
Now you are running mid-high 11's. If you want to go faster than this get out your American Express :deal:
