View Full Version : Bought a Ford Expedition this weekend

It's a 2003 with 4000 miles. Anyone have one of these, or know much about them. i read the reports and reviews and everything looked very positive. I'll tell you one thing, the thing rides and handles great. Great brakes also. Just wondering if there is anything I need to know about it.

Ask JMidildo about his Excursion rental at BG a few years ago.. Nothing like getting one of those basards airborn!! :thrashi:

Yea...well, I think there was both before and after! On the way to Tattle Tails and back again :)

Was a V10, what a DOG! Didn't get that bad mileage surprisingly. But, let me tell ya with 8 people in it and all 4 in the air 3 ft high..that was FUNNNNN :fly:

I suppose it did ride good, it's HUGE. Was just talking about when I do upgrade my Tahoe about going with a Diesel Suburban...got a few more years before that'll happen though.

If you've ever been to BG, on the side streets they have these HUGE drains, like reverse speedbumps on either side of the side intersections..well..hitting it at 35 will put that sucker airborn no problema!! :add_wegbr

We hit it so bad, we put a bend in the 3rd row seat..looked like a U Shape afterwards, man that was fun!
