The correct bolts for the converter, maybe some converter spacers and just make sure he puts it in with the proper stab-depth.

Hopefully the converter will come with the bolts but I would find out. Stab-depth is a spec for the distance to space the converter from the flywheel. You have to push the converter all the way in the pump and measure the gap to the flywheel. I can't remember exactly what the range is off the top of my head but I had a GM sheet at one point that showed it. I think I shot for .150" measured with feeler gauges. This is what I posted long ago to another thread so I found it in a search:

So basically .065"- .180". Most spacer washers are .030". I think when I set mine I used .150" measured with stacked feeler gauges. If I find the sheet I will put up those numbers but it was real close to this one.

no to worry it comes with the proper bolts and instructions ,also gives clearances.. i put a few in and they all worked good. i like the single disk in my opinion . :racer:
