Well, before I found the hole on the pass side fire wall I went through the grommit on the drivers side by the powermaster. If you use the pass side you'll need a large grommit and either make a heat shield to protect the wire from the headers or run the wire avoiding the headers at all costs! IMHO.

Their is a hole on the right side? How do most people run the Amp wire? Wouldn't it be better to put it up closer to the front like under the seat?

Yeah, theres a hole over there...You can put the amps under the seat if they will fit. Thats my favorite spot! Not in my GN though, didnt want to drill holes in the floor and my amps are big...wouldnt fit. Exhause heat is another thing to think about. Big amps get hot already, you dont need extra heat commin' through the floor.

I managed to run a 4 gauge wire through the grommet near the
powermaster unit. I also mounted my amp in the trunk. :arco:

Where did you ground your amp?

My amp isn't that big, so I grounded it to the body. But now
there is heavy wire in place if I decide to upgrade.

If you drill a new hole, DO NOT forget to install a rubber grommit as well... Just letting you know what you probably already know.
