I just looked in the 2004 book the other day and it still has stg 2 stuff listed

I can call my buddy at the dealer and have him see what really is available

a $1,600 block is way way better than what them crooks are asking for them alum blocks now

but Im sure if the block can be got it will be higher than that $1,600 figure now

and thats the bottom line see :deal:

I've tried to get a number of parts from the Power Source
book. Most of them have been discontinued now, and
are no longer available. :nud:

Back in '92 when I went shopping for upgrade pieces (stage block and other parts) the boys in Flint Mi told me Ken D and somebody else ?? got the motherload (S1 and S2 Blocks etc.) as Buick Div. was leaving the perf. end of the business. I've run into the same BS at the dealers for years 'bout near every Buick V6 perf. part discontinued.

VIVA la aftermarket !!!

I believe the "other" person was Jim Haas. If you have some old GS-Xtra's from back then check out the for sale section. I think he was selling Stage I blocks pretty cheap then.
