I'm thinking of getting Turbolink 4.0.
How much extra is it to go with the 3 bar map
and stuff? Does that the the place of the OE map
or is it a secondary add on?
And are there any future plans of
adding the ability to monitor fuel pressure
with an electric sending unit ?

The 3 BAR uses a vacuum T to allow you to use the stock 2 BAR MAP (to power the dash display). Basically, the 3 BAR is in addition to the stock 2 BAR.
