Problems Installing Casper's Fan Control Switch

I can not for the life of me figure out where to plug this thing in...I have the instructions, but they aren't very detailed. :dong:

Funny thing is I installed one on my buddy's GN a couple of years ago, and now I have no idea how I did it!!!

Is there something different with the 86's compaired to the 87's??

I ask that because his is an 87, and my T-type is an 86.

The first link is the same as the one that came with the switch...Guess I shoulda checked GNTTYPE.org...me so stupid.

OK I'm still kinda confused...The diagram from caspers looks like it goes on a switch attached to an AC line...the one from GNTTYPE.org talks about a thermostatic switch in the intake??
