I always wondered the same thing. Most of the stuff is posted in midwest, but I always look in great lakes because I can drive an hour and take a dip in lake Michigan.... not in this weather though. :)

A group of us make it to GLD for the BOP Day which this year is on June 6th. We used to have events there, but as a small Club we did not feel welcome. The BOP day is a great event and there were quite a few Buicks there.

The folks at Byron make us feel welcome.

June 6th eh? I'll be sure to ask off of work so I can be there. I made it out to gld for the last street race drag nite as a spectator. Quite a wild scene. Is it a good track? Starting line prep good? I'm new to SE WI and am looking forward to the summer race season. One other thing, I saw a thing on the Volo auto museum and them having a BOP day there also. Is this event worth a trip? Thanks for any info.

I go to Great Lakes, I live in Hartland Wisconsin. I usually go a few times a month. I have tons of friends that race there and slinger at least once a month. I'l see everyone there on June 6th. Scott
