Many people have asked What ever happened to Buddy' Ingersoll's old Pro Stock Regal. Well I found the current owner of the car just the other day. Turns out he works in the same building as I do.

The car is currently running low Eights with a BBC on spray. The owner is making plans to return the car to twin turbo V6 power in the future. I've talked him into bringing the car to Norwalk Buick Raceday for some Test passes. He says he will race at the BPG event in Salem too.

It may be currently powered by a bowtie motor but seeing this piece of Buick History ought to be cool.

So you met Shawn. Ask him about the Gunslinger I & GunslingerII.
Him & his dad used to have a TR shop,it was called S&S racing.

I remember seeing that car in magazines when I was a teenager. I didn't know much about cars then, but I knew what a Big Block Chevy was and I knew that car was faster than the Pro Stock cars with BBC's. I was intriuged with these cars since then. :anbet:

I'm sure everyone has read this but here it is again: http://www.gnttype.org/misc/ingersoll.html
I have some pictures of Buddy racing his TC Skyhawk at Kansas City from around 1987 so if I can find them I will post them in the sandbox. It was from a IDRA? race and he ran in Comp Eliminator and not Pro Stock.
