Is anyone here running a 15" rear tire and wheel at the track? If so, what size, backspacing...etc. I have a spare set of 15" Nitto DR's that I want to mount on some wheels for the track. :thrashi:

I run a set of 26x10 slicks on some 15x8 steel wheels. My backspacing is 4.5, they stick out a little, but work.
5 inch BS is probably best, and you may run into caliper clearing issues with aluminum wheels...
I havent played too much with 15 inch wheels, cept the ones I got for a 100 bucks..with slicks :elefant:

I run 28x10x16 Hoosiers or 26x11.5x16 ET Streets(looking to go with the 28x11.5x16 or 28x12.5x16 ET Streets for next year :D )so I cant tell you from personal experience but have heard you can run up to a 15x10 with 5.5" backspacing as long as the wheel style clears the calipers, which most should as many of todays wheels have been redesigned for added clearence.
You might want to try asking on a thirdgen f-body sight like http://www.thirdgen.org
