What is involved in replacing the Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid, and will replaceing it fix the fact that it is sticking once it engages a couple times when driving? Definately annoying when it stays locked and I am sure it isn't good for anything else.

Other than the inevitable trans fluid shampoo it's not a bad job. It's easy to get at - just pay attention to how the wires are routed through the clips. Get a filter kit because you should change it while you're in there anyway and it will come with a new pan gasket.
