time to upgrade to a fiberglass hood ;)

seriously though, I don't think you can buff it out. you could try. what helped for me was using black colored wax to fill it in. If you use white you just wind up highlighting those cracks and they show up more.

You don't stop it once it has begun. You strip it to bare metal, and repaint. :ooops:
