I am getting ready to have a motor rebuilt for my 87 gn, I have very good builder
or so goes their reputation. I am on a budget but I am considering adding
forged pistons and roller cam and lifters. I know the pistons would be money
well spent but what about the roller rockers. I had to replace the hydraulic
cam when I purchased the car because the cam was wiped and 2 of the lifters were smashed pretty good. The car also had adjustable pushrods, is that good or bad? Please give me some input I can use....Thanks.

I have several cars with Hyd. rollers and like them. I think once installed properly and adjusted right should be good to go!

Where in NC are you?

Welcome BTW:arco:

Spend the money on good parts. JE, Diamond, TRW seem to be good pistons. Hydraulic rollers can be done on the cheap especially compared to rebuilding after a wiped lobe.
