Have you talked with your current vendor about your issues?

Yup. Were done. I do not feel the need to post the problems. I'm not into bashing. I just want good work. :rockwoot:

It should be out in the open so others won't be taken advantage of.
What exactly are you trying to get done?

TSM 109 short block. Installed. Tuned.
Safty stuff to make the tech guys happy, like c-clip eliminator, fix my battery in trunk, etc.
Done in a timely mannor. I pay 1/2 cash up front.
I need good communication with shop. Any questions, just pick up the damn phone and call me. Does that sounds like too much to ask? I can understand the normal problems that may come with racing parts and custom work. I'm pretty easy to get along with. No sloppy work, no short cuts. No scamming. I will bend over backwards to help any vendor that helps me.
Thanks!

If it can be done in a tactful way. But that is something that a lot of people are not capable of.

I am with you 100%, things start getting nasty when the thread gets away from the facts and turns into name calling.
