Just wanted to see who all was going to make the Salem Race? I had a great time in Indy and I hope to see as many TSO racers as possible! I feel we had a great turn out for the class despite the fact that we had few people that didn't make it and a few cars that were broke.

BTW Does anyone know the status of Joe's car? I heard he had some engine problems.

I really don't believe you are still trying to start this rumor again! I'm sure
you were told at INDY the reason we could't make it . But I'll explain it ONE
MORE TIME. We took the car out Friday before INDY for some test runs to
check out the new converter I managed to do 2 bumper dragging wheel
stands and smashed the crap out of the oil pan and intercooler. I am to busy
at the shop so it was decided to skip that race to make sure to fix the oil pan and intercooler and to check out the front suspension components for
any damage . The engine is getting put back in today. As for as Salem we'll
have to see how everyones schedule are it's getting harder to do anymore.
By the way DAVE thanks for your acknowledgement of the sponsor money
from DLS.

Dan, sorry to hear about your misfortune with joe's car. The carnage from wheelstands is usually extensive. I wasn't at the track but I heard that it hit pretty hard. Cal always makes those wheelies look easy but they still make me nervous.
As for not thanking you for your sponsorship money. I quess that was an oversite on my part. Someone probably said that you sponsored the class but I honestly forgot. Although I haven't thanked anyone on the internet as of yet. A BIG thank you goes out to everyone that has helped so much over the years.
Also, I could not have made it without the flywheel that I got last minute from DAN @ DLS.

We should have no problem making Salem.

I talked to Rich Rezes, although he doesn't post here, said that he will be there defending the BPG TSO title with his buddy Art Paltz and the JCC support team. Now we have a bunch of current winners going to battle it out for the title at Salem. Should make for some good racing.
