but, if Im running alky, does it mean that my EGT's will be lower???

For the most part...lower intake temps directly affect the exhaust temps. However, if you are now running pig rich by spraying too much Meth, or running too lean, you could actually see higher temps. But normally, you would get (I'm just reaching into my memory bank here) around 80-100F drop in intake, and similar in EGT.
