I was reading in my GM High-Tech and they DYNOTECH installed a new type of Powermaster brake unit for the Buick GN.....Has anyone installed this new type on there car yet :fragez: ...The test they ran suppose to drop the stopping distance dramatically......

I dont think our problem is the power master itself. The PM supplies more pressure to the brakes than a normal vacuum system.

The problem with stopping distance is dinky front rotors and drums in the rear. Go four wheel disc with bigger rotors and stopping distance will improve a ton. Did the article involve changing the size of the brakes themselves?

Is this the May 04 issue youare reading ? If so, this is Master Power Brakes vacuum conversion kit to replace the powermaster system , not a new type of PM .
