OK guys, it is time for me to do my rear brakes and want to know who has had good luck with what pads. My main concern is holding boost with the brakes so what brand of pads will hold the most. I don't want any ultra exotic $300 pads that won't do anything untill they are up to temp, I just want something reasonable. Any suggestions?

Rick,

Check out Car Motor Sports pads at carmotorsports.com. I have these pads on my car and they work great. They have a street and race version so give um a call to get the street version price.

Well I bought the Raybestos 413QS pads which are a ceramic low dust pad and have been said to hold really well. I will let everyone know how well they work once I get them installed along with turned rotors. Gotta love that 75' concrete pad installed in front of my house..........LOL

I'm running PFC pads, not the Z ones though. Seems to hold the boost on the line OK and don't dust too much.

I'm still running the originals up front and they'll need replacing soon. Probably leaning toward the Raybestos ceramic for those.

Well now that the pads are broke in and the rotors aren't Just turned I did a little test and it would spin right at 5psi which is the same as with the stock PBR pads. I did notice that the pads wear a little funny like the caliper has actually bent out making the pad sit at an angle. E-brake doesn't work on my car for holding boost either.
