if you dont have a chip street chip burned for approx 17psi with timing under 21* in 3rd and 4th than yes you should get a chip specifically burned for alky and your current combo .
as to idle being rich , dont blame alky it shouldnt even be spraying until atleast 6 psi of boost for razors progressive (alkycontrol) and as late as 15psi boost for older SMC non progressives and DIY kits
if for some reason you are indeed spraying alky at idle (15-17 in/hg ) than you have an install issue to resolve and you would have rough idle and high O2 .

The alky shouldn't effect anything at idle!

Ummm...maybe a bad 02?
What is your line off fuel pressure?
You could be sucking alky out of your lines at high vacuum. Check your install to verify everything is correct, if that doesn't turn up anything try plugging the alky line where it enters your intake to see if that helps idle. Also there was a "one way valve" that could be installed in the line, check with Julio or Steve on that one.

Do you smell Alchy burning at idle:nixweiss:
Okay i replaced the 02 sensor and it seems to run much better, maybe from running race fuel i cooked it. i changed it to the denzo and also ordered a chip from what some of you guys told me, idle seems better. i ust have a slight hesitation when the alky comes on, i have it hooked up to come on at 18psi.

Are you running Race Gas and Alky, if it still stumbles when it comes on it is to early!
just my $.02, I'd want to kick the alky in lower, like 10 psi and work your way up a little at a time. Need some time for the alky to come on while the boost is ramping up. Razor has posted a really nice tuning guide, if you check the Alky injection sections, I'm sure you'll find it.

A rich idle is not a bad thing unless you have to smog it. That’s the way some chips are done to eliminate the stumble our cars have off idle.

Eric's TT chips go into open loop at idle and 02s hover around .820 on my car...http://www.turbotweak.com
