Just looked under my car and notice the driverside floor pan is rusted out so bad that my carpet is hanging out of it :albert: ... Who sells a replacement pan that would fit the GN :fragez:

Can you cut the bad spot out and weld in a replacement? Might be easier than changing the whole thing. Then just POR-15 the shit out of it

I guess, but the hole is at the left corner where your left foot is rested at...when i replace the carpet i will have it checked out and see what needs tto be done

If you take your time and have a decent welder do it it will come out stronger than stock. If you havent used POR-15 before it is friggin awesome stuff. Coat both sides with it just paint over it with rustoleum or something. It will last a long time. Just remember if its rusted in one place there is probably more...

For replacement floor pans try these guys http://store.shermanparts.com/cgi-bin/sherman/product_list.html?img_num=649
or
http://www.nationalpartsdepot.com/catalog/CHEVELLE/chevelle%20view%20catalog%20sections%20.html
or
http://www.opgi.com/VCProdFrame3.asp?group=21248

They all get this part from the same supplier and the part numbers I've listed for the link may be wrong so if they dont know what a Regal is just ask for Monte Carlo as it is the same as far as floor pans and trunks go. You might figure out how water got down there before you dump a ton of money into a repair. No sense into repairing it until you have the cause of the problem fixed.
