what kind of additional horsepower and torque can i expect from installing a 3 inch downpipe. What are the negative impacts of doing so (e.g., lower gas milleage), need to adjust the fuel delivery system, etc)?

Although a decent flowing DP is good for getting more air flow, this and many other things work in combination with eatch other well. Intake, Turbo, Injectors, etc. What are your goals?

What are your existing up grades, if you are running a stock turbo, a 3" DP will hurt performance.
