New combo is going to be a set of ported irons (227/183cfm), ported intake, TE63, PTE FM, 57# high-imp. on good gas @ 24-25psi.
I'm currently running a hotwired 340 (RT kit).
I think well tuned and hooking this combo will get me into the 10's (on a 28/11.5 ET Street) pretty easily. :racer:
Am I going to run out of pump?
Sean.
Hehe...And I just tested pic attachments. :applaus:

I think that's the biggest.......... You could do an external inline but it will be a much easier/cleaner install with the DP. It's really the only choice unless you wanna redo all the fuel lines and go with the big boy pumps.

I was outta fuel @ 11.22 with the Walbro 340 and the 50's. I made one more run @ 11.14 just to be sure :arco: I would do the upgrade just to be safe. I have since gone to the double pumper, but won't be to the track until sometime in April.

mho is when you need 2 pumps you need a bigger feed line also

10's?
Double Pumper and bigger injectors.
No reason IMO, to run borderline on injector sizing. I'd think about 72s if I were you.

I'm also thinking along those lines.
What about the new high-60's? Or would they still be marginal?
Any issues running a low-72 on the street with the modded ECM?
Thanks.
Sean.

I believe Jack Cotton took the 340 into the mid-low 10's (10.48@sumthing if I'm not mistaken). But I think high 10's is starting to push it a little too hard, best off with a double pumper just in case, the rest of that combo should be in the 10's with good air and tune.

Oh, the pic looks great, get us a launch pic after the mods are all done, should be a little more flex and twist in there... ;)

Wouldnt hurt to add the dbl pumper with those mods you will surely tax a single pump.
