The paint is getting kind of rough on my car. Its daily driven and I always happen to get stuck behind the truck that has rocks falling off it. Its the factory blue right now but I always liked the designer series paint scheme. So would I be ruining a limited changing the paint like that? I'd also like to put the Weld Draglites on the car. Would the blue interior clash really bad with the black and silver? Be honest I'm just tossing around ideas.

Personally, I'd repaint it blue. With fresh paint you'll probably love it again. I wouldn't think the blue interior would look too great with black/gray, besides the cost of a NICE job with a color change would probably damn near pay for half of a decent WH1 car. JMO

Do the designer series paint scheme but use a Blue/Silver combo. I really think it would look best with the Blue on top and a Platinum silver that would help blend in the draglites. Should look real clean.

Thats something I didn't think of. You have any pictures of cars painted like that?

This is about close as I can come. Other than that it is a matter of picturing it in your head. I have it all pictured for mine where I am going to use the designer series paint scheme with mine and use platinum in the center and the stock burgundy on top and bottom. It looks sweet in my mind.

That looks really nice. The way I have it pictured in my head it would look great but I just wanted a few examples before I actually go ahead and do it. I have some time though, need a few more parts before I start on the paint. Thanks for the picture :applaus:

Really like Adams car. Something I've been wanting to do to the race car. A candy blue on top with white pearl bottom along with the GNX vents. Seems a guy is kinda limited to choices when the interior is blue, now all I have to do is convince my kid, he wants the white pearl only.
