I'm talking with a company now that we were trying to develop a reasonable price reproduction rear package tray. This is basicly the ideas & prices they are coming up with. Card board only 99.99% original, like in the 84 Gn's. Correct color would retail for about $90.00. 85-7 carpeted in the correct material would retail about $120.00.
The bottom line is it cost a good bit of $ to develop these items.I would rather direct in a different direction if the majority feel that a rear package tray which is prone to fading & cracking is something they would not want to replace over another item.
Honest feed back is what we are looking for.If you would be in the market in the next few months let us know.If not also let us know.

40 40 40 do I hear 45? 45 45 45 LOL

Like I said the more response we get the better it will be.I'm trying to get ABS headliners made for Moon roofs also.
I would like to hear yes the price is in line, no it's too hi.Yes it is something I will change out mine looks horrible, who cares what it looks like back there etc...
I have the post on 3 tb boards,MonteSS.com & Oldspower.com. All of this feed back will be sent to the company who will manufacture these products.

Count me in as a 'yes' vote on both the package tray and the astro roof headliner.

Pete moon roof headliners are about 6 weeks away! That only took a year of convincing. Package trays I'm still waiting to hear what they have decided.

I would like something to cover the spare tire area. Many guys have put a battery or fuel cell, or have nothing there. I have never kept the spare tire in my GNs.

I have a trunk carpet kit, but the pass. side, by the spare tire looks like poo. The cardboard just flops around, My battery is under it, but won't hold it up.

I'd like an ABS plastic board covered in carpet. A nice strong "wall" to keep stuff from banging a dent in my fender. I would like it to have enough room under it for a spare tire, or batt, or ?? I would not buy cardboard. Does terrible with humidity. So what if it's like stock. The stock cardboard stinks. Cardboard is for cereal boxes.
