I had my headers and turbo coated by Swain Tech Coatings I thought I'd post some pics of them. I think they turned out great, The feel of the coating is like sandpaper, and they look good. I had my turbo done but the picture did not come out too great but it looks nice also. I've heard great things about them a few people from camaroz28.com they've been happy with theres. Pictures are at http://www.cherishphotosbymisty.com/jasons89tta/intake/ Thanks, Jason Cromer :marchmell

The total cost came to $370.00 with shipping for the clean up of the old headers, coating them, and coating the turbo. There web site is www.swaintech.com I had a set of headers for a 87 Trans Am coated by Paul Barry Motorsports a few years back and they were a Chrome look, They looked fine but after a few months they started to peel alittle and show some rust and I've seen Jethot ones peel also So I wanted to try something that would last and they claim there coating will. Is that a white alumicoat deal ?? I had a set of Blackjack headers on a 69 camaro w/ that, they looked great even after all the oil and shit i got on them. Your coating looks identical to that. Hope they hold up to the heat our motors make.
Good Luck

It's not a alumicoat, It's some sorta ceramic thermmal coating they say it's .015 thick it's kinda a white color. They suppose to hold up to over 3000 deg's I hope they hold up too.
