AIr bag ?

So looking under my car today i noticed it had air bags. I have no clue what these are for any one car to explain

Usually for helping at the track when launching. Keeps car balanced, and aimed straight. Most people run more air in the pass. side at the track. Like 15PSI pass, 10 PSI drivers side.

Something like that. I only have one air bag in the pass. side, rear.
