T6P 2nd (annual?) Track Rental Sign-Up thread!

***REQUEST FOR PAYMENT SENT OUT TO ALL RACERS WITH A RENTAL SPOT***
Please see this link. (http://www.t6p.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11288) It contains all details regarding the rental. It is scheduled for Friday, April 28th, 2006.

This is the official track rental sign-up thread. Only sign up if you are coming to race, there is no charge for spectators.

We will use this list to collect the fee ($133 +$10 barbeque donation if desired) for the rental from racers.

A few more details...

If you do not pay, you do not race. Simple.
If you buy a spot and break on the day of the rental, you can discuss allowing somebody to run in your spot with the track's approval. We can't have racers sharing a spot according to Atco.
Once you buy your spot, it is your spot. If you can't make the rental, it is your responsibility to find somebody to fill your spot. Either work out the swap with them, or, when they pay, we'll refund your fee.
I need the following info to reserve your spot: Screen name, full name, age, email address, year/make/model of car racing.
Slots are booked on a first come, first served basis.
We'll book 15-slots and 5-alternates. We won't begin filling alternate slots until all regular slots are filled.
We'll begin collecting money in late-March through early-April.That's it!
Sign up by posting the above requested info in this thread and we'll keep the list updated regularly! Once we begin collecting money, I'll update the list to reflect those who paid.

The limit on the rental is 15, but there were other cars running at our rental, and other rentals that I've attended.
Atco likes to put a lid on the additional cars. I'll talk to Kevin this week and let him know we have more cars.
However, I fully expect that we'll lose some people from the list over the next month (breakage, other commitments, etc.), so I encourage those that want a slot to post in this thread. Don't send Travis PM's, as I am the one organizing this and will be collecting money beforehand and counting heads on race day. I want to account for everybody who wants to race. And those who were in last year will tell you, I kept a close eye on dropouts and slotted in alternates quickly.

If anybody else wants to be slotted in, let me know. I will advise everybody of the fact that we will likely have cancellations/drop-outs from the list between now and race day. Plans change, cars break, wives nag...and spots open up for those who want to run.

Another change is the admittance of kids under 17-years old. Atco no longer prohibits them on the day of the rental. I didn't sign a waiver this year and asked Kevin about it. Children under 17 are permitted at a cost of $10 each (not sure how they keep track of that).

I spoke to Cal today, if we can get a few guys to chip in some cash he will fly in and help with Tuning FAST and FAST XFI cars for the day. I know Billy T is in, let us know guys.

Guys please make sure when Snorman is ready to collect there is no Drama, last year many waited to the last day to send payment. Snorman has this on his credit card and in his name, please be respectful and submit payment promptly when he needs it.

I've got issues with the GN that I've got to attend to. The car's inoperative right now and it's not a sure thing that I'll have it back together before 28 April. I think it's best I offer my slot up to someone else.

His is still pass side setup,We just got the blower upgraded to what we were told is the biggest for the pass mount,But im not positive if it is

I've got a Downs (same as the old TA setups) on mine, hardened 31-spline axles with extended studs, HD motorsport diff with extra clutch pack.

His cobra was a 04 independent rear,different setup

I know. But Paxton used to make a 2000R, which was an upgraded 2k. Then they dropped it, and came out with the RR for the mod motor cars.
331" is same as my 327 except with a .030" overbore.
