These were two runs done tonite. 93 octane, drag radials, wet NX 35 HP shot, meth was used for the fuel portion, boost and all setting untouched. Boost was 24-25 PSI.

big difference in mph.. and the way the car pulled.. conditions didnt allow more testing.. hopefully slicks on it.. 15 PSI launch.. should be a doable 10.3'ish.. see how to get it faster than that with the weight being carried.

Drove to track..drove home.. same tires :rockwoot:

I need some better weather... man two days ago it was 42.. now its 80 and a 15 MPH head wind :tantrum2:

Looks like the nitrous helps the front half of the track and doesn't get you much more in the 2nd half

It may have picked up one MPH more.. as it was short shifted into OD. That head wind was brutal last nite.. felt like 15-20 mph going south to north..

Time for the GTQ70 :anbet:

:rockwoot: Glad to see you got the kit on and working. Those 10.30's and quicker should be right around the corner. What did you end up using for a regulator and pump? 35 Shot eh??? It I remember right, you have a lot of jets left. When does the 75 pill go in? That should be when the fun starts.:fing02:

Maybe Bamford will weigh in here with his results as well.

I think so as well.. my problem is just like boost or anything else I have to be methodical at working up on it and resist the tempation of putting in the 100 pill. If conditions would of been better, I would of tried the 50 and then 75 to see the results. Guess you have to have confidence when doing this stuff.. and my garage built motor is hanging tough.. along with the "Its still has OEM GM pistons"..

So pump gas, alcohol, 24.5 degree's timing, 26 PSI boost, 3850+lbs, and now add spray into the equation.. lots of stuff to juggle  :nixweiss:

I told Cal, Roy ran a 9.68 on Irons at 138-139 in Reynolds.. with good weather. Have him run with an additional 400 lbs in the car what would it run?

I'm getting close to the limits here on TTA irons.. on a street car.
