Anyone know if they sell chrome valve cover nuts for our cars? The factory ones look like there discontinued from GM, If theres no chrome ones is there another source for black ones? Thanks, Jason

TTADave, I'll have to look them up tomorrow and I can give you the part number, But it looks like GM is discontinuing them and they cost dealers almost $10.00 each :SHOCKED: If they were available I'd have to think long and hard before I spent $60+ on 6 nuts I'd rather find some sort of chrome look to go along with my intake setup. http://www.cherishphotosbymisty.com/jasons89tta/intake/ Rob, I checked John's site but did not see any listed there. Chrome shop did mine for $15 when I had some other stuff done. Also the washers.

The part number is 25519219 dealers can still order them they have to call VPI to order them. I called them today and they have over 600 of them but dealer cost is $9.47 each.

Just get a couple of nice once from the junk yard, same on many FWD late 80's cars. I picked up a couple of sets (and washers) and they still looks like new after cleaning them, paid a couple of $ for 12 or 20 of them.
